We will need to take some details from you so that we know to expect your phone. We aim to have a 48hr turnaround, however during busy times and postal strikes this time may increase. We will inform you of any delays over the phone before you send the phone to us.

What is Direct Unlocking?
This is a process by which your phone can be unlocked. It involves us physically attaching your phone to our unlocking equipment via Cable or testpoint. This is a more reliable way of unlocking your phone as some codes purchased over the internet do not work and no refunds are given.

How long will it take you to unlock my phone?
We aim to have a 48hr turnaround from when we receive your phone to when it is dispatched back to you. Sometimes there may be a delay but we will inform you of this when you call us before sending your phone.

Why isn't my phone model mentioned on your website?
As you have probably noticed, new phones are being released onto the market all the time. We do try to keep the website up to date, but as we are only a small company, we don't always get the chance!
If your model is not listed, it doesn't mean we can't unlock it. Please call us to double check your model number.

How will you return my phone?
We always use Royal Mail Special Delivery service to return your phone as it will be fully insured during transit and requires a signature from yourself when it gets delivered. We always pack the phones in plenty of bubblewrap for safety.
